About - Lindsey Honari
Lindsey brings over 25 years of professional services experience to help executives and businesses transform potential into reality. She began her career in New York on Wall Street, moving to Boston and San Francisco with Cambridge Associates, before settling in Houston. After a decade in financial services, she turned her attention to helping clients achieve professional and business goals as a consultant and coach.
Clients appreciate Lindsey’s ability to grasp the business and a human perspective. As President of Lindsey Honari Advisors, she works with corporate, nonprofit, and academic organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, upskill talent, manage change, and prepare for growth. Her work with family offices centers on the human capital issues that are both unique to the family office environment and common across all organizations.
In addition to her own experience, Lindsey draws on an extensive network of close relationships with coaches and HR consultants to meet each client's unique needs.
Lindsey holds an MBA from Columbia University and is a PCC-trained International Coaching Federation certified coach. On the creative side, Lindsey writes an occasional blog on Substack and co-hosts two podcasts, Fresh Start with Friends and The Family Office Insider. She absolutely loves travel, especially when it takes her to New York to visit her family.
