About Lindsey Honari

Hello, I’m Lindsey Honari. I help executives, founders, and institutions tackle crucial people-and-performance challenges.

I began my career on Wall Street, then moved to Boston and San Francisco while working with Cambridge Associates, eventually settling in Houston. After a decade in financial services, I decided to pursue my True North—helping clients achieve their professional and business goals as a consultant and coach.

I founded Lindsey Honari Advisors to support leaders who know what they need but lack the resources to bring their vision to life. In every engagement, you benefit from the expertise of a seasoned HR strategist, a deep understanding of what drives your business, and the insights of an ICF-certified executive coach.

In addition to my own experience, I draw on an extensive network of HR operations experts, organizational design consultants, and coaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

I graduated from Columbia Business School and am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (PCC-trained). I am also an avid Mahjong player and can frequently be found at one of Houston’s airports on my way to visit family across the country.
